A ladder assist provides the ladder setup and field support an insurance adjuster needs for a roof inspection. Send the property address, claim number and your ETA, along with any known access concerns, so our team can coordinate the visit.
Are you based in Hawaii, and which islands do you serve?
Yes. Hawaii Ladder Assist is a service of Oahu Roof Support LLC, based in Hawaii. We coordinate ladder assistance across all islands, with crews on Oahu, Maui, Hawaii Island and Kauai, and visits to Molokai, Lanai and other islands arranged directly with dispatch.
Does a request confirm my appointment?
A request is tentative until our dispatch team confirms coverage. We check crew availability and agree on any time change first.
Can I upload several screenshots?
Yes. Each appointment needs a readable claim number and address. Include your requested ETA when it differs from the screenshot, then review the extracted details before submitting.
What if my schedule changes?
Use your link to request cancellation. For a time change or anything urgent, call or text us directly. Your assigned crew can coordinate arrival updates with you.
How do I get my personal link?
